Training

PharmAdura has extensive experience in developing programs for a variety of training needs, including:

Onsite preceptorships for physicians that include development of all presentation and training materials; coordination and logistical management of faculty, attendees and meeting venue; and meeting follow-up and evaluation.

Field representative training in which PharmAdura works with the client’s marketing, sales and training teams to identify topics and objectives that require specific training. These programs are usually modular, focused on sales skills and scenario-based role play, and can be delivered in a myriad of platforms, including iTOUCH. PharmAdura will also organize, develop and produce the learning guide in which regional managers can conduct live or remote training.

Speaker training programs for physicians participating in speakers’ bureaus, in which PharmAdura develops a protocol that ensures that each speaker can confidently present the content that is developed for a specific slide kit and has a thorough understanding of the policies and procedures of the company for whom they are speaking. PharmAdura also partners with a professional speaking coach who evaluates each speaker and can provide tips as to how he or she can enhance his or her platform skills.
