Working Groups

PharmAdura has taken the advisory board concept to new heights with the working group. With this new model, the client has the ability to do more than simply exchange information with the healthcare provider. We have convened numerous working group meetings—a forum for experts within the same or different specialties conferring on a specific disease state, with a focus on improving the teaching and conduct of physicians and other healthcare professionals—always making sure the final outcome has a positive effect on patient care. Typical agendas include a discussion of the need to treat including current and future options, a review of current guidelines and consensus recommendations, review and discussion of landmark cases, review of the relevant literature and what evidence is still needed, formulation of strategies, and program recommendations for enhanced education and training.
